We automatically try to collect your subscription fee or your instalment repayment from your debit card. If this fails, we will notify you. We will tell you when we will try again. You may also pay the missed subscription fee or instalment repayment via the app.

Please ensure there are sufficient funds on your debit card. If you need to update your debit card details, you can do this on the app in the My Profile page.
