Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Policy
SteadyPay is committed to providing a workplace culture that reflects the values of compassion, inclusion and non-discrimination.
We actively seek to recruit colleagues from all backgrounds and walks of life, and our culture is to engender the confidence amongst the team to bring their whole selves to work.
Disabled β We are committed to attracting and supporting colleagues with a physical and/or mental health disability. We will strive to provide the equipment and adjustments that enable them to excel, through direct consultation with our team members.
LBGT - We are committed to attracting and supporting colleagues across the broad spectrum of sexuality and gender identity. We will provide a respectful environment, and ensure it is maintained on a continual basis.
Multicultural β We are committed to attracting and supporting colleagues of all ethnicities, nationalities and religions.
Multigenerational β We are committed to attracting and supporting colleagues across generations and providing career opportunities across life stages.
Gender β We are committed to attracting and supporting women and men at all levels of SteadyPay. There will be gender pay parity at SteadyPay.
Our colleagues should feel safe to discuss concerns about our operations internally to their colleagues and to their managers without fear of consequences. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and bullying.
A copy of this policy is made available to all colleagues on the SteadyPay intranet (repository), and new colleagues must be made aware of it. Everyone at SteadyPay is required to ensure their behaviour is consistent with this policy.
We will support this policy by screening for bias at the key points of recruitment, promotion and performance reviews, and by reporting on diversity and inclusion to the CEO and Board.
We are committed to reviewing this policy once every two years. Next review: January 2023.
