If you cancel your subscription, any fees you have paid are non-refundable, and no pro-rated refunds or credits can be offered.

For our SteadyPay TopUps service, we chose to go down the subscription route, instead of lumping on massive fees and interest to our members. All we ask our members to pay is what they borrowed and £7 weekly. For this, you get wage top-ups, emergency cash, and credit building.

For our SteadyPay StepUp members, any monthly subscriptions paid will already be added to our next report to the credit agencies to be added to their file and improve their credit score and as such can not be refunded.
