When you connect your bank account to SteadyPay, we use read-only Open Banking access. This means:
• We can view your transaction history and account balance to assess your income and affordability
• We cannot move money in or out of your account
• We cannot see your bank login credentials — these are handled entirely by your bank or a secure Open Banking provider
• We never store your password or PIN
Open Banking access allows SteadyPay to make smarter, faster lending decisions without requiring you to upload payslips or bank statements manually.
You can revoke this access at any time through your bank's app or settings.
