We use in-app and push notifications to keep you informed about top-up and emergency cash advances, instalment and subscription payments, service status, feature updates, and changes to the terms and conditions. We also use notifications to ask for feedback on how well we are doing and where we can improve.

As backup, we may send emails and SMS texts. Our friendly Customer Service team may also call you or reach out for an in-app chat.

We will not call you or initiate an in-app chat outside office hours. We will not send you SMS texts between 8pm-8am.

You may receive a notification or email outside office hours. These are sent by our system when it has processed your top-up, emergency cash advance, instalment or subscription payment. We do not expect you to read these until the next day when it is convenient.
