As part of the credit agreement, you need to tell us the employer whose pay you want us to top-up. Our system automatically identifies your employer and pay when you connect the app to your bank account. However, there are times when we may need more information.

If asked to do so, please send us a picture of your latest payslip. Use the in-app chat service to do this.

The following information should be visible:

  • Your name
  • Name of your employer
  • Your payroll ID
  • Date of the payslip
  • Period covered in payslip
  • All pages, including those showing adjustments/deductions

Please note we will never contact your employer. We only use this information for verification purposes and to establish your top-up service.
