We will put a hold on top-ups until you have paid the missed subscription. You can pay a missed subscription on the app.
If you are inconsistent with your subscription payments - for example, you keep missing them but get up to date just before payday - we may not offer you a top-up.
If you miss four consecutive subscription payments, we may cancel your subscription and end your credit agreement with us. If we do this, you must immediately pay any balance owing to us.
