On occasion, we do a manual review of a top-up. As a responsible lender, we want to make sure you can sustain repayments before advancing you a top-up. You will be notified if we are doing a manual review.

What do I have to do?
In order for us to complete your review quickly, please use the in-app chat service to:

  • Send us your latest payslip.
  • Tell us about your current employment situation. For example, has your employment been affected by COVID-19?
  • If you have been furloughed, please send us any correspondence from your employer about this arrangement (screenshots are fine).

Once we hear back from you, we will aim to complete your review as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
